About Gregory M. Casey D.D.S., M.D.
Dr. Casey is board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and is fellowship trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He received his DDS from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and his MD from the University of Health Sciences School of Medicine. Dr. Casey has privileges in Facial Plastic Surgery at Physician's Regional Medical Center in Naples, FL. He completed his undergraduate training and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with honors at the University at Buffalo. During his time at the School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Casey received several awards and commendations for academic excellence. He also received the Dean's Grant Research Fellowship in which he conducted an extensive research project in oral cancer. He then moved to Atlanta, Georgia to complete a one year surgical internship at Emory University School of Medicine in oral and maxillofacial surgery under the direction of Dr. Robert A. Bays.
With Dr. Ric Alexander as director, Dr. Casey completed his residency and chief residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, St. Lukes/Roosevelt , a level one trauma center in Manhattan, New York. He also served as Clinical Instructor of Gross Anatomy at Columbia University School of Medicine and the School of Dental and Oral Surgery. After a period of private practice, Dr. Casey pursued a one year fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Gainesville, Florida. He still maintains operating privileges and is continually invited to operate in the Shands Health Care system and at the Graper Facial Institute where he was trained under the direction of Charles E. Graper MD, DDS, FACS. In addition to advanced training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Casey collaborated with Dr. Graper in lecturing oral and maxillofacial surgery residents at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Casey has also contributed to a chapter in "A Textbook of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management" published in 2006 by Admir Hadzic MD, PhD.
With his advanced training, Dr. Casey maintains a full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery practice that includes facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, facial skin cancer and reconstruction, reconstructive jaw and facial surgery, facial trauma surgery, TMJ surgery, salivary gland surgery, maxillofacial pathology, dental implants with bone grafting, removal of wisdom teeth, and general anesthesia.
Dr. Casey has always had a passion for surgery and facial aesthetics. That is why he is so proud to offer REJUV, a medical facial spa for skin education, correction, and rejuvenation. Dr. Casey performs all aspects of surgical and non-surgical facial cosmetic procedures. He specializes in surgical procedures such as eyelid surgery, chin and cheek implants, brow and face lift, and rhinoplasty procedures. Dr. Casey considers himself conservative and recommends numerous non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures such as regular facials and dermal fillers (i.e Restylane, Juvederm), Botox and Laser skin rejuvenation and Laser hair removal to name a few.
Dr. Gregory M. Casey is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Society, the Collier County Dental Association, and the Lee County Dental Association. He is currently licensed to practice in the states of Florida and New York. He holds privileges to operate and covers emergency and facial trauma call at the trauma center at Lee Memorial Hospital, Health Park Hospital, North Collier Hospital, Naples Community Hospital, and Physician's Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Gregory M. Casey resides in beautiful Bonita Springs with his wife, Dr. Maryann Kriger. She is an orthodontist and has her own practice in Bonita Springs. They often work together to provide the highest standard of care for their patients.
